Kitchen
The brand new kitchen (August '07) includes fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, oven, gas hob and electric extractor, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, flask and all cooking utensils and crockery. A new dining table and chairs can also be found in this good-sized room, as well as a radio/CD system with speakers.

Lounge
The lounge has a new high-quality sofa and comfortable leather armchair. All lighting and furniture is of a similar high quality. Patio doors look out onto the garden where a bird feeding system attracts many different garden birds and squirrels!
There is a 32" TV with surround-sound and Freeview as well as VHS and DVD integrated.

Double Bedroom
The double bedroom at the back of the house has a king-size bed, large wardrobe running the length of the room, drawers and bedside cabinets with attractive lights. There is also a 14" TV with DVD. This room overlooks the garden and large wooded/landscaped garden of the house behind (trees prevent it being overlooked).

Small Bedroom
The small bedroom has a single bed and storage. It is well decorated and spacious.

Luxury Bathroom
The luxury bathroom has an electric power-shower over the jacuzzi bath and a modern handwash basin with built-in vanity unit. A large stainless steel radiator keeps the clean modern look and the towels warm and cozy.
